Meal Prep

• You will meet with me to discuss meal preferences , food allergies , or any lifestyle/dietary restrictions. (We've done that)
• Keven will design a menu which will be approved by clients ( changes should be made before menu is finalized )
• Re-usable containers for client to keep ( client is responsible for sanitizing and care of container ) $10.00 fee if Chef cleans containers
• Optional container replacement fee of $15.00 per week if you decide you just want to recycle or discard containers
• All meals are prepared off site and then delivered to client's home or business
• Client has the option to either shop for food or I ( Keven ) will do so.
• All meals will be the correct portions based on clients individual needs
• Meals will be prepped twice per week to ensure freshness with instructions on how to warm meal up.
• Once menu is approved client can submit payment. Payments are processed via PayPal ( invoice will be emailed via payments@bodimatrix.com
• Cost per meal $13.50 ( does not include cost of food ) min 5 meals
• Cost per meal $17.50 ( includes cost of food ) min 5 meals
• All meals are prepared with minimal sodium and sugars unless specified by clients. I recommend using spices to season food such as, Thyme, Basil, Oregano, Allspice, Cayenne pepper, Cumin, Coriander , Curry ,etc.
