Description
In-Home Cooking Party: Learn how to “FIT UP” your food. Turn some of your favorite dishes in something healthier without losing the taste.
- Party size 4-8 guest including host/hostess ( $25.00/person)
- Discuss recipe items with host/hostess 3 days prior to the party (via phone or video call)
- Host/hostess will provided ingredients (food must be purchased same day of the party)
- Learn how to prepare great food while having fun and making memories with your friends
- As food is prepared, we will discuss nutrition and other useful tidbits
- One bottle of wine will be provided but otherwise, it’s BYOB
- All cooking will be recorded and each guest will be required to sign a release form
- Referral program (if you host a party and one of your guests decides to host their own party, you will receive a private cooking lesson
- Depending on the size of the party and kitchen, guests may be divided into groups and given a station to work at. Each group will be instructed how to prepare the item(s) needed for the recipe(s) chosen
- During preparation of recipe(s), we will discuss cooking methods, food handling/ safety, proper food storage, etc
- We will also discuss ingredients used and various ways to make a recipe(s) suit your specific lifestyle ( low-carb, low-fat, low-sodium, paleo, keto, etc)
