  • Most recipes will take 1 hr or less including prep time
  • You will have a selection of recipes to choose from ( breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert )
  • Does not include the cost of food
  • Your Personal Fitness Chef will bring some additional materials needed such as knives, pans, spices, cutting boards etc
