Description
Cooking lesson :
- Learn how to “FIT UP” some of your favorite recipes
- Learn basic nutrition as well as learning to cook recipes ( macronutrients )
- Learn why to use certain ingredients over others
- Learn about the do’s and don’t’s of food handling and safety
- Most recipes will take 1 hr or less including prep time
- You will have a selection of recipes to choose from ( breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert )
- Does not include the cost of food
- Your Personal Fitness Chef will bring some additional materials needed such as knives, pans, spices, cutting boards etc
